“Facilitation ACTOR” Project Training Course Was Held in Carei, Romania, on 21-29 July 2021

The project aimed to empowered youth workers in communication, conflict management, problem-solving skills with a set of workshops. The training provided youth workers with tools and methods to fight their fear of the role, fear of communication, fear of public speaking, fear of conflict, fear of judgment.
