Coaching Tools in Youth Work

ILA participated in Coaching+ Long Term Training Course on coaching in Erasmus+ for young people’s development from 11 April to 9 October 2016 in Budapest/Hungary and Izmir/Turkey. The main aim of the project was to assist youth workers in developing a coaching approach to improve the quality development of youth work with the support of E+YIA.
