The "Ego System to Eco System" project aimed to support young people's mental health through mindfulness practices in nature and promote eco-friendliness. The project aimed to develop participants' competencies, raise awareness, and provide resources for supporting mental well-being whilst strengthening the capacity of partners to deliver nature-based mindfulness activities for young people with fewer opportunities.
