Project Description

The "Teaching Young Entrepreneurship - if not you then who?" project met youth workers and teachers with the "Young Entrepreneurs - If not you then who" methodology and helped to the young entrepreneurs to draft their business ideas. Key aspects of the project were built on entrepreneurship education for soft skill development (communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, critical observation, conflict resolution) and entrepreneurial thinking.

Topics: Social entrepreneurship / social innovation • Youth (Participation, Youth Work, Youth Policy) • Cooperation between educational institutions and business • Economic and financial affairs (incl. funding issues) • Enterprise, industry and SMEs (incl. entrepreneurship) • Entrepreneurial learning - entrepreneurship education • Intercultural/intergenerational education and (lifelong)learning • Key Competences (incl. mathematics and literacy) - basic skills • Labour market issues incl. career guidance / youth unemployment • Overcoming skills mismatches (basic/transversal) • New innovative curricula/educational methods/development of training courses
