“Youth Hands in Hands” expert meeting was held in Frankfurt, Germany


“Youth hands in hands for combating drug and substance abuse” KA3 structured dialogue project expert meeting was held in Frankfurt, Germany on 15 -18 October 2018.

After kick-off meeting in Istanbul, it was time to hold second activity in the multicultural city of Frankfurt am main. Meeting was organized by Beyoğlu İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü and hosted by Intercultural Club – Goethe Uni. 14 youth workers, experts and decision makers got the opportunity to work together, discuss Europe, make excursions and experience intercultural nights during the meeting.

The goal of the meeting was:

  • Preparation of analyses of European drug and substance reports based on the latest available information from EU surveillance activities.
  • Overview of the legal and regulatory framework that controls drug and substance consumption
  • Exchange of experience in preventing drug and drug use
  • Development of capacity and cooperation between partner organisations to combat drug and drug abuse
