“Successful Project Designs for Youth” exchange project was held in Ramales de la Victoria, Spain on 24 January – 3 February 2020.
Activity developed the key personal skills of participants through non-formal education, such as improving their communication skills, their level of English, the ability to make decisions, speak loudly or make public presentations, to achieve self-confidence and personal experience.
Another relevant objective of the youth exchange was the strengthening of European links and interconnection among youngsters. Youth exchanges, allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects for short periods in the context of the European Union.
Youth Exchange used Dragon Dreaming which is a participative methodology, both for theoretical and practical sessions. Entrepreneurial tools and skills were provided to youngsters for designing their projects and develop their soft skills like teamwork, alternative organizational and economic modalities and other instruments to boost the quality of their future projects.
