“Improve Leadership Skills through Storytelling” Training Course Was Held in Mersin, Turkey, on 24-31 March 2019

The project aimed to increase awareness about new trends in improving leadership skills and formal, non-formal and informal learning in organizations. 34 participants from 14 countries came together to discuss leadership skills through storytelling.

Key focus areas of training were:
– Testing leadership orientations and narrative intelligence,
– Learning and practising storytelling steps and enablers for maximum impact,
– Crafting stories to inspire and connect with others,
– Impact on role models skills,

The project was coordinated by the Mersin Directorate of Education in partnership with 13 organizations from the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
