“Reassessment of Volunteer Recognition (RVR)” project addressed specific needs in volunteer recognition and supported management capacity of organizations, which work in the field of volunteering. The project contributed to Erasmus+ program priorities in promotion of active citizenship, equity, social inclusion, solidarity and sense of initiative of young people.
The key objectives of the project were as follows:
to exchange and transfer knowledge and know-how on volunteer recognition
to improve the level of key competences, social abilities and digital skills of participants
to enhance the volunteer management capacity of partner and beneficiary organisations to foster quality improvements in youth work
to promote recognition of volunteering to strengthen links between the youth field and the labour market
Project invested on the skills and competences and quality improvements in youth work to strengthen links between the youth field and the labour market. Besides, it focused on international dimension of youth activities and searches opportunities for cooperation and mobility with partner countries by laying a foundation for a volunteer network.
