“Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Skills for the Labour Market” Youth Exchange Was Held in Naples, Italy on 18-30 November 2018.

The project aimed at young unemployed people in rural areas of the EU and aims to make them aware of social and sustainable entrepreneurship, allowing them to explore alternative financing channels and to acquire “soft skills and propositive attitudes”.

The project activities were conceived purely to help young people in a concrete way, in the realm of their territory of origin. The program hosted 30 young people (coming from 6 countries: Netherlands, Italy, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Spain), aged between 18 and 25 who have an interest in a particular form of entrepreneurship and the potential that this offers.

To get participants to learn basics and to stimulate them in terms of social and sustainable entrepreneurship. In this way, project tried to transmit their trust and self-esteem, as well as encourage them to team up and integrate. In the long term, it was intended to involve young people in the organizational and operational phases of a crowdfunding campaign, encouraging their exploration of potential.
