“Improve Leadership Skills through Storytelling” Training Course was launched

“Improve Leadership Skills through Storytelling” Training Course was launched in Mersin, Turkey on 24 – 31 March 2019

Project aimed to increase awareness about new trends in improving leadership skills and formal, non-formal and informal learning in organizations. 34 participants from 14 countries came together to discuss leadership skills through storytelling.

Key focus areas of training was: 
– Testing leadership orientations and narrative intelligence,
– Learning and practicing storytelling steps and enablers for maximum impact, 
– Crafting stories to inspire and connect with others,
– Impact on role models skills,

Project was coordinated by Mersin Directorate of Education in partnership with 13 organizations from Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
